Damaged or Missing Orders

We take extra care to package your tequila securely. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at support@drinkcopal.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items for a quicker resolution.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, our retailers are unable to accept returns on tequila purchases. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order or received the wrong product, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
