Shipping & Delivery FAQ

How much is shipping?
Your product will be delivered straight to your door and will require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Who ships my product?
Orders are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers within the AccelPay network, using trusted carriers like FedEx, GLS, and UPS.

When will I receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 4 to 8 days from the order date, depending on your location. Our retail partners fulfill orders within 1–3 business days, and ground shipping usually takes 3–5 business days.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Yes. Someone 21 or older must be present to sign for the package and show valid ID.

Why is a signature required?
Federal law requires that alcohol can only be sold and delivered to individuals 21+. Carriers must verify the recipient’s age before completing delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice for another delivery attempt. After multiple failed attempts, the shipment may be returned at the customer’s expense.

Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the carrier name, tracking number, and a link to track your delivery.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds or cancellations are available only before your product ships. Once it’s been delivered, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, if you’re unsatisfied or have concerns, feel free to reach out to support@drinkcopal.com.

What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or missing?
Please contact support@drinkcopal.com within 7 days of your scheduled or actual delivery date. Be sure to include a photo and brief explanation of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or credit according to your preference.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states except: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Michigan (MI), and Utah (UT).
