During our month off-grid we realized something simple:
There should be tequila made for moments like this. The ones where we slow down, reconnect, and remember what matters. Something clean, calming, and crafted with care, a spirit that brings people back to themselves and to each other.

That vision took us to Amatitán, where we partnered with a fourth-generation Maestro Tequilero who felt like family from day one. 

Together, we created a tequila rooted in heritage and elevated for the modern intentional drinker: 100% fully mature agave, slow natural fermentation, and gentle aging in repurposed American whiskey barrels. 

Every bottle is still hand-labeled by local women who help carry the craft forward.

Copal grew from a single shared moment - a reminder of how grounding should feel. The sip that helps you relax, slow down, and reconnect.
