Everyone knows my passion for tequila. Like many of us, I used to be a huge wine drinker. A few years ago a friend introduced me to a really good tequila and I became a changed man. The rest is history.

Copal is more than a high quality tequila. Every year I would go off the grid to disconnect from the craziness of the world. It was a time for me to reconnect with family and friends and reflect on what truly mattered in life. Copal is a symbol of that reconnection.
